About the position
As Brand Manager, you will work with brand strategy and digital marketing in a global setting and report to the Head of Marketing in Special Steels. Your mission is to build brands, drive marketing and support sales. You will work in close cooperation with product management, the international marketing team, our technical steel experts and the SSAB sales organization worldwide.

Preferred location for this position is Oxelösund, Sweden. (For internal applicants other locations or remote work can be discussed).
Main responsibilities
Plan, conceptualize and manage complex strategic brand related projects and activities and work out creative concepts together with agencies and other vendors.
Manage external and internal communication and content, online and offline.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and regional marketing, to ensure brand consistency, and expand brand reach and engagement.
Manage brand budget and monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including ROI and KPIs, to effectively allocate resources.



About You
You have a university degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business administration or equivalent and relevant working experience.
You are strategic, creative, and curious with strong project management capabilities.
You have a hands-on attitude with an analytical mindset to be able to choose the most efficient marketing approach to reach the targets.
Good understanding and proven experience of using digital marketing tools (social media, organic and paid search, Google Analytics) and marketing automation.
Excellent communication skills in English, other languages are a plus.
Possibility to travel.

About the position
We are looking for a Regional marketing manager to join our global marketing organization, working with top brands. Based on the candidate’s profile, the person will have marketing responsibility for key geographical areas in Europe, such as Central, South and West Europe. The role will be pivotal in developing and executing marketing plans, creating brand awareness, and driving digital marketing initiatives.
Preferred locations for this position are Finland (Helsinki or Hämeenlinna), Sweden (Oxelösund), Italy or Poland.
Main responsibilities
· Develop marketing plans and budgets, based on global marketing strategy and the regional business targets.
· Drive and execute the planned marketing activities and follow up in the CRM system; drive the digitalization in the marketing activities.
· Create brand awareness for product brands in the market.
· Drive traffic to the local web sites with activities such as SEM, SEO, social media: generate leads from the local web, and engage the leads to the nurturing flows of marketing automation.
· Keep existing customers in the nurturing process up to date with messages about brands by using marketing automation, newsletters, and other relevant channels.
· Plan and lead execution of events such as trade shows and customer seminars.
About You
· Relevant university level degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of relevant work experience preferably from B2B industrial company.
· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
· Hands-on attitude with analytical mindset to be able to choose the most efficient marketing approach to reach the targets.
· Good understanding and proven experience of using digital marketing tools (Social media, SEM Google Adwords, Google Analytics).
· Good understanding from CRM possibilities and Marketing automation.
· Language skills: Excellent English skills. Working proficiency of at least one of the following languages: Italian / French / Spanish.
· Possibility to travel frequently.

As Brand Manager Customer Programs, you will work with brand strategy and digital marketing in a global setting. Your mission is to drive the marketing and sales of our customer program Hardox® Wearparts and establish the new customer program Strenx® Certified Fabricators.
You will work in close cooperation with the Director of Hardox Wearparts, the international marketing team and the SSAB sales organization worldwide. You will be responsible for the customer programs marketing and lifecycle process (onboarding, development activities and off-boarding).
You will report to the Head of Marketing. Preferred location is Oxelösund, Sweden.
Your qualifications
To be successful we believe that you have a University degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business administration or equivalent and a few year of relevant working experience.
As a person you need to be strategic, creative and curious with strong project management capabilities. Excellent communication skills is key in this role. You are fluent in English, and more language are of course beneficial.
