Main responsibilities
Test ERP solutions (SAP S/4HANA, GSAP) to ensure functionality and compliance.
Identify and resolve system issues through structured testing and documentation.
Support design and configuration of finance items (cost centers, GL accounts, reporting structures).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and system enhancements.
Prepare test cases, reports, and documentation for audits.
Train end users on system functionality and finance processes.



About You
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or equivalent experience.
Basic understanding of ERP systems and financial processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (and local language if applicable).
Preferred: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Global SAP, finance structures, and testing methodologies.

About the position
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead the development of our Hardox® Wearparts network in the NEC region, including UK, Belgium, Netherlands, the Baltic states, our home market in the Nordic, Central Asia and Caucasus. You are responsible to support 68 long-term partner centers, offering optimized wear parts and solutions to end-users of steel locally around the world. You’ll be part of the global Customer Networks management team and collaborate closely with NEC’s regional sales team, reporting dotted-line to the Sales Director.
Location is Oxelösund, Sweden. For internal applicants other locations within NEC could be discussed. To be close to our customers, you will spend 50-80 days per year in the field.
Main responsibilities
You are responsible to proactively suggest, manage and coordinate activities with the centers, driving technical, business and marketing development.
You are coordinating the process to recruit new centers and to take actions with centers not meeting our expectations.
Examples of frequent activities are planning & hosting network meetings, discussing development activities with our centers and deliver on those and to collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to serve our customers well.
As a BDM you will also lead or participate in concept development and market analysis projects on a global level, to further strengthen our unique position in the market.

About You
To succeed in the role, you need to be driven, proactive, resilient and comfortable to work independently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are also key.
Advanced English is a requirement. Swedish is a strong advantage.
Valued personal characteristics include excellent social skills and ability to work in cross-cultural teams.
You have a relevant academic engineering or business degree. Experience within market development and/or sales and is valued, but not mandatory.

- Support, but also challenge, sales with business development related tasks, such as market analyses, market sizing and strategy deployment etc.
About You
- You ideally have a master’s degree in Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- It is an advantage if you have some years of experience that have given you a good market understanding and/or a good understanding of a production site
- Fluent in English with good communication skills, both verbal and written
- As a person, you are positive and solution oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently to deliver results

About the position

Together with the Sales Directors, you break down the global Hardox® Wearparts strategy to regional strategies and tactics. You are responsible to lead, implement, coach, support and follow-up on Hardox® Wearparts activities. The Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) are mainly responsible for the centers, but you are highly involved. You will visit centers and end-users together with the RSMs and Technical Development Managers, conduct trainings, host network meetings and much more during up to 100 travel days per year. As a BDM you have a broad responsibility, ranging from strategy and development of the Hardox® Wearparts concept to very hands-on operational activities in your markets. Your qualifications
Valued personal characteristics include steel product and applications knowledge, competence about the aftermarket and end users of steel, ability to work in differents cultures and excellent social skills. You have a relevant academic engineering degree, experience within market development and/or sales with a proven track record of delivering results and you are comfortable to lead and coach others. As a person you are driven, structured, practical and have a strong interest in developing customers. Advanced English is a requirement and other relevant languages, especially French, are highly valued.
