About the position
We are looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking Area Sales Manager for Tubes & Profiles within Special Steels. In this role, you will lead a dedicated and diverse team of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Inside Sales professionals. You’ll be responsible for global tubes and profiles sales and work closely with local colleagues across geographies to support customer success. Main responsibilities
Inspire, support, and lead a team of sales professionals focused on tubes and profiles within Special Steels.

Contribute to the development and execution of our sales strategy in special steel tubes & profiles.
Oversee sales operations including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, customer development, and performance tracking.
Be an active member of the Tubes & Profiles, Duroxite, and XMOR sales management team.

Identify new business opportunities through market insights and customer engagement.

About You
You hold a university degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
You bring experience in leading teams with empathy and clarity, aligned with SSAB’s leadership principles.
You have a background in tubular products and understand the customer landscape.
You are confident in value-based selling and have a strategic mindset.
You communicate clearly and effectively, and you’re comfortable negotiating in English. Knowledge of Swedish and/or Finnish is a plus.

About the position
As the Sales Director Engineering & Tooling you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, ensuring that our vision is realized across the sales region. About the position
As the Area Sales Manager for Duroxite, you will play a key role in shaping and growing the global sales and strategy for the Duroxite product line. You will work closely with local SSAB Special Steels (SSS) organizations in each Sales Area, provide them with information and tools to be successful with reaching our targets. About You
University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in collaborative environments.
Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of business and finance.
Familiarity with the wear segment and overlay applications, or a willingness to learn.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies in a global context.

In order to continue our growth of our Special Steels Division, we are looking for a manager to take responsibility for our ambitions around additive manufacturing.
About the position
SSAB Special steel has developed a high strength steel powder for additive manufacturing and now we are ready to take next step in the development. The position is set up to take the overall responsibility of the business area additive manufacturing, which includes market development, product development as well as the project owner of the investment of a larger scale powder production.
Today’s production facility is a R&D unit in Oxelösund, Sweden. Based on the experience from this machine a larger atomizer is to be built. In this position, your input on the specification of this new atomizer is vital. During the project and construction time you will in parallel be responsible for developing the market based on both traditional and fossil free steel powders produced in the R&D facility. All in order to have a customer base once the new atomizer is in operation.
You will have a few subordinates and be part of the Market Development management team and report to Head of Market Development. Preferred location Oxelösund, Sweden.
Your qualifications
To be successful we believe that you have a university degree in engineering or material science and experience within the field of atomizing and/or 3D printing. You have been working close to sales and are well acquainted with business development activities in cooperation with customers.
As a person you are strategic, creative and open-minded with great networking skills. You have strong leadership skills and have the capability to coach and inspire your team and others involved. Excellent communication skills is a key in this role.
You have a genuine interest and an ability to build long-term customer relationships. You are good at seeing and creating customer value based on their and our needs.
You are fluent in English. Travelling both regionally and internationally is to be expected.
